You will draft and negotiate governance and offering documents, counsel clients on registration, exemptions and ongoing SEC compliance, and support complex product and regulatory workstreams. The position is based in Denver with opportunities to work across the firm's U.S. offices.

- 3–6 years PQE in investment management, securities or related regulatory practice (mid-level associate).
- Experience with registered investment advisers, registered investment companies and alternative/private fund structures.
- Familiarity with SEC Division of Investment Management matters and federal securities laws preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical and academic credentials; admitted or eligible to waive into the practicing jurisdiction.
- Based in Denver or Washington, DC (remote/location flexibility may be considered).
