Nationally recognized IP litigation team is seeking a junior-to-mid-level intellectual property attorney with a focus on life sciences patent disputes. The role centers on Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation and offers regular work in district court and before the PTAB.

Successful candidates will help develop litigation strategy, manage case workflow, prepare and oversee filings, and provide client counseling on complex pharmaceutical matters. The position emphasizes hands-on courtroom and administrative litigation experience within a high‑volume, strategic practice.

J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the United States
Junior-to-mid-level IP litigation experience with a focus on life sciences (Hatch‑Waxman/ANDA and/or BPCIA)
Documented experience in district court and/or PTAB proceedings
Strong drafting, litigation strategy, and client-communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on teams and manage multiple matters
