2–6 years of IP litigation experience (district court patent cases, ITC, and/or PTAB proceedings).
Background in science or engineering preferred (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or similar).
Experience with complex technologies such as wireless communications, semiconductors, software, or consumer electronics is advantageous.
Must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
Demonstrated proficiency with the responsible and ethical use of AI and legal technology.
