Top-tier litigation team seeks associates to handle patent and other IP disputes in a major Los Angeles office. The role involves contested litigation and administrative proceedings (including PTAB matters) for sophisticated technology clients.

Candidates should be from law school classes 2019–2022 with strong academic credentials and prior IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical/computer/mechanical/chemical/biomedical engineering or computer science are highly preferred; CAFC clerkship experience is a plus.

JD from a highly ranked law school; class years 2019–2022
Prior patent/IP litigation experience (civil litigation and/or PTAB experience preferred)
Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field highly preferred
Federal clerkship (particularly CAFC) is a strong plus
