Mid- to senior-level litigation associate role in a major New York office, focused on patent litigation across technology and life-science matters. The team handles high-stakes, complex disputes in federal courts and before tribunals.

Ideal candidates will join a national IP practice with significant client-facing and courtroom exposure, working alongside experienced trial teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. The group values technical fluency and a practical litigation skillset.

• Mid-level to senior litigation associate experience (experience with patent litigation preferred)
• Undergraduate or graduate background in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, or life sciences (e.g., molecular biology or chemistry)
• Federal clerkship and patent bar admission are preferred but not required
• Strong briefing, motion practice, and courtroom/ADR experience
