IP Litigation Associate — Orange County

Seeking associates to join a high‑caliber IP litigation team in Orange County. The group handles complex patent disputes across district courts, the CAFC and administrative tribunals; successful candidates will support all phases of litigation from discovery through briefing and appeals.

Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, prior patent‑litigation experience and comfort working on technical matters alongside seasoned trial teams. The role offers substantive courtroom and appellate exposure within a national litigation platform.

• JD (class years 2019–2022 preferred) from a top law school
• Prior patent litigation experience (district court, CAFC, or PTAB matters)
• Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering or computer science strongly preferred
• Clerkship experience at the CAFC or relevant federal clerkships a plus; excellent research, writing and advocacy skills
