The team handles high-stakes patent disputes for technology, consumer-products and life-sciences clients across federal courts, the ITC, and the PTAB.
Preference for candidates based in Washington, D.C., with flexibility for other U.S. offices. The role involves fact development, discovery and motion practice, coordination of parallel proceedings (including Section 337 matters), working with technical experts, and preparing trial-ready written work.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 3–6 years of patent litigation experience (federal district court; discovery, motions, trial prep)
- Experience or interest in ITC (Section 337) investigations and PTAB proceedings (IPRs)
- Familiarity or interest in SEP/FRAND matters and telecommunications standards
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to work with technical experts; admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
