Senior associate role in an established intellectual property practice, focused on life‑sciences patent work. The role offers a mix of patent prosecution and related litigation assignments handled alongside experienced IP attorneys.

Position may be based in Denver with flexibility to collaborate across other major U.S. IP offices (Boston, New York, Palo Alto, Washington, D.C.). Candidates will join a team working on cutting‑edge life‑sciences technologies and will be expected to contribute at a high level on technical patent matters.

Demonstrated experience in life‑sciences patent prosecution and related IP matters.
Strong academic record from law school (transcripts required) and relevant technical background.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility) and excellent writing and analytical skills.
