Well-regarded international law firm is seeking an Italian-qualified lawyer to join its Milan banking & finance team. The role focuses on advising banks and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance and structured lending.

The team offers work alongside experienced finance partners on market-leading transactions for Italian and international financial clients. This is a hands-on role with client-facing responsibilities and strong exposure to complex financing matters.

Qualified to practise in Italy (avvocato) with Italian bar admission.
Practical experience in bank finance and lending transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, structured finance).
Fluency in Italian and strong English legal drafting and communication skills.
Commercial mindset, ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with international teams.
