The successful candidate will conduct high-level legal research and drafting for trial and appellate briefs, memos, and court filings, and will work closely with litigators on case strategy, hearings and motion practice. The position offers exposure to cross-border and domestic disputes and close mentoring from senior litigators.
This is a candidate-facing appointment designed for recent or current judicial clerks seeking transition into private practice in a collaborative, litigation-focused environment.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Current or recent judicial clerkship (federal or state) with strong appellate or trial exposure
- Excellent legal research, analysis and drafting skills
- Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility to sit for a U.S. bar exam; authorization to work in the United States
