Junior Associate — Antitrust & Competition, Milan

Leading international law firm seeks a Junior Associate to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Milan. The role focuses on notifications and filings in merger control and foreign investment regimes, and on supporting cross-border clearance work across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will work with senior lawyers on structured national and transnational matters, with exposure to client-facing work and opportunities for international secondments. The firm offers structured training, language and professional-skills courses, and a collaborative, agile environment.

• 1–2 years PQE in antitrust/competition (law firm or in-house with relevant filings experience)
• Experience with merger-control filings, FDI/Golden Power notifications and cross-border filing coordination
• Excellent academic record and strong analytical and organisational skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken); team-oriented, flexible and motivated
