Junior Employment Associate — Milan

Join an established international law practice in Milan as a junior associate within the Employment & Labor team. You will support a broad employment law caseload, including advisory work, restructurings, day-to-day HR matters and regulatory compliance.

The role offers exposure to cross-border matters and collaboration with colleagues across jurisdictions, plus formal and on-the-job training to develop technical skills and client management experience.

• Law degree and eligibility to practise in Italy (or equivalent qualification)
• Fluent Italian and strong English (written and spoken)
• Interest in employment law, with some relevant internships or junior experience preferred
• Good drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work in teams and manage client communications
