Join a global employment team in Milan as a Junior Associate supporting cross-border and domestic employment, incentives and labour matters. The team advises on executive employment contracts and terminations, retention and remuneration structures, works councils and unions, collective redundancies and transaction-related employment issues, with exposure to high-value contentious cases.

This is a junior role (new graduate to c.2 years' experience) offering structured supervision, rapid responsibility, and regular collaboration with international offices. The position includes ongoing training, access to legal‑tech tools, and support for professional development including preparation for the Bar exam.

Recent law graduate or up to 2 years' post‑qualification experience in employment law
Excellent academic record from an Italian university (please include list of exams)
Fluent English and strong written/verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills and ability to work in teams across jurisdictions
Comfort with MS Office and an interest in legal tech; previous law firm internships a plus
