An international law firm is seeking a talented Lawyer or Senior Lawyer to join its Employment team in Milan. The role supports senior associates and partners in advising leading national and international companies across a wide range of employment matters, including general and strategic advice, contentious matters, trade union relations, and social security law.

Key duties include managing and advising on strategic employment law risks and issues, drafting, advising on and negotiating various agreements such as employment contracts, settlement agreements, and commercial agreements with employment components, and handling complex and routine employment-related cases including compliance, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters.

Italian-qualified lawyer with strong academic results
Approximately 3-4 years of PQE in the employment law sector
Solid background in employment and labour law
Excellent communication skills and commitment to high-quality client service
Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload
