We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join an international labor law practice based in Milan. As part of a technically strong, innovative and integrated team, you will handle a full spectrum of HR and employment matters for both local and global clients.

From day one, you will be involved in contentious and non-contentious work, including advising on global policies and procedures, disciplinary and dismissal issues, restructuring, and employment aspects of M&A transactions. You will also provide legal advice and opinions, participate in contract negotiations, and manage day-to-day correspondence.

The role offers regular international projects, collaboration with colleagues and clients worldwide, and the chance to contribute to LegalTech and other innovative initiatives. You will work in English daily and have the opportunity to be involved in the firm's CSR, DEI and wellbeing initiatives.

2+ PQE with at least 1 year of professional experience in labor law matters, including within M&A contexts
Attorney-at-law certification
Excellent academic background
Fluency in English, including legal terminology; a second language is desirable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
MS Office literacy
Commitment, proactivity, and a positive, communicative disposition
