We are seeking a talented lawyer or senior lawyer to join our Employment team in Milan, supporting senior associates and partners in advising clients across a broad range of employment matters. You will work with leading national and international companies in prominent industries on both ordinary and strategic employment advice, contentious matters, trade union relations, and social security law.

You will manage and advise on strategic employment law risks and issues, and draft, advise on and negotiate a variety of agreements including employment contracts, settlement agreements, and related commercial agreements. The role also involves handling complex and routine cases spanning compliance, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters.

Italian-qualified lawyer with strong academic results
Approximately 3–4 years' PQE in the employment law sector, with a solid background in employment and labour law matters
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of client service
Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload
