Junior Associate — Corporate & Business Transactions, Princeton

A well-established national law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Corporate & Business Transactions team in the Princeton, NJ office. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate governance and venture finance matters.

The successful candidate will work on transactional matters across private company and sponsor-backed deals and will collaborate with partners and senior associates on deal execution and corporate governance counseling. Public securities experience (offerings, exchange compliance, federal securities law matters) is a plus but not required.

• 1–3 years of experience at a large law firm in corporate transactional work
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrated transactional experience (M&A, private equity, venture finance)
• Familiarity with corporate governance matters; securities experience preferred
• Active bar membership required
