The team handles international arbitration and complex commercial disputes, and the role will involve drafting pleadings, research and strategy, client-facing work, and assisting on multi-jurisdictional matters. There is support for professional development, secondments across the firm’s network, and initiatives to adopt legal technology and AI to improve efficiency.

Hong Kong qualified lawyer.
1–3 years' post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution, with arbitration experience preferred.
Strong academic background and proven legal research, drafting and case‑management skills.
Client‑facing experience, commercial judgment and ability to work in international, team‑oriented matters.
Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin skills desirable. Interest in legal technology/AI is an advantage.
