We are seeking a junior associate to join an expanding employment team in Dublin. The role covers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work and will support cross-border matters through an international employment group.

You will work on workforce restructurings, transaction-related employment support, senior appointments/terminations, investigations, benefit and incentive matters, and representation before the Workplace Relations Commission and Irish courts. The team is growing rapidly and this hire is to support increasing client demand; the role offers regular collaboration with colleagues across international offices and some travel opportunities.

Start date: ASAP.

Qualified to practise in Ireland (or qualified solicitor/trainee close to admission) with early-career experience in employment law
Experience or strong interest in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal/court representation
Comfortable supporting corporate employment work (e.g. TUPE/transfer, restructurings, senior hire/termination processes)
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; able to work collaboratively across multi-jurisdictional teams
Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices
