Junior Associate — Finance (Real Estate & Restructuring), Paris

Seeking a junior finance associate to join a Paris finance team advising on lending and restructuring matters. The role involves working on real estate finance, restructurings and related financing transactions across French and cross-border matters.

The post-holder will draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, support transaction execution and due diligence, and liaise with clients, counterparties and internal teams. There are opportunities to contribute to business development and practice knowledge initiatives.

• Qualified to practise law in France or equivalent qualification
• Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages (particularly German) a plus
• Prior experience or internships in a finance practice preferred
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
