Master's degree in law from a Belgian university; LL.M or specialised master's (banking/finance) advantageous.
0–2 years' transactional banking & finance experience at a global or large national law firm.
Registered with, or eligible for registration with, the Brussels Bar.
Fluency in English and proficiency in French; Dutch is an asset.
Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
