Join the labor & employment team of a leading international law firm’s Warsaw office. The role focuses on employment law advisory within transactional and corporate matters, including employee-related due diligence and drafting of employment documents.

This is a hands-on position for a lawyer who wants to develop in employment law while working across multidisciplinary transactional projects and supporting clients directly. You will work with experienced employment lawyers and participate in an internal mentoring programme.

Law degree completed (or final-year student with expected defence by June 2026)
Approx. 1 year experience in Polish employment law (PQE ~1 year)
Experience with employment-related due diligence, legal research, and drafting opinions, memoranda and employment documents (contracts, terminations, policies)
Fluent Polish and very good English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, and a collaborative mindset
Advantage: experience on transactional due diligence or exposure to corporate/capital markets work
