The practice advises on complex regulatory matters across energy, infrastructure, transport, telecoms, health and other regulated industries, and works closely with corporate and finance teams on transactions affecting regulated businesses.
The role involves regulatory advice, public procurement and concessions, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, project and commercial contracts in regulated sectors, foreign investment control matters and transactional support (due diligence, drafting and negotiation of regulatory clauses).

- Qualified lawyer in Spain with ~2–3 years' PQE in public law / regulated sectors.
- Experience advising on regulatory matters, public procurement, administrative proceedings and transactional support in regulated industries.
- Advanced English; strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Preferably prior experience at a top-tier law firm or in a specialised regulatory practice.
