Join a highly ranked Banking & Finance team in Budapest as a Junior Lawyer supporting complex domestic and cross‑border financing matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers on transactions, regulatory matters and due diligence within an international, transaction‑focused practice.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating finance documentation, preparing legal research and client memos, assisting with transaction administration and version control, and supporting client communications and meeting preparation.

Hungarian law degree with strong academic results
0–1.5 years relevant experience in banking & finance, corporate/M&A, capital markets or transactional practice (fresh graduates welcome)

Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
