Join a well-established national litigation practice in the Tysons office as a junior commercial litigation associate. You will work on a range of commercial disputes, assisting on litigation matters that involve complex financial structures, strategic transactions and business relationships.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice in Virginia or eligibility for admission; bar admission requirements will apply.
Some prior litigation experience (clerkship, internships, summer associate or 1–3 years’ litigation work) preferred.
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage document review, motion drafting and discovery tasks.
