Join a well-established French law firm’s corporate team in Lyon, advising clients across the full lifecycle of their companies. You will work with partners on corporate matters including entity choice, financing, corporate governance, shareholders' agreements and routine corporate compliance.

The role offers regular exposure to transactional work such as fundraising, M&A and private equity transactions, as well as restructurings, high‑level balance‑sheet work and business transfers. Tasks include document drafting, transaction support and client-facing advisory under partner supervision.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in France (or equivalent); junior-level associate.
Interest and/or experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity and start‑up matters.
Strong drafting skills, transactional experience and client-service orientation.
Fluent French; good English for transactional work is an advantage.
