We are seeking a junior Employment Lawyer to join a market-leading China employment team within a corporate-commercial practice in Hong Kong. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment and immigration matters across Hong Kong and the PRC, working alongside experienced specialists on cross-border mandates.

This is a client-facing role involving liaison with employers across industries, including Chinese enterprises and multinationals. The position is well suited to a solicited candidate who wants to deepen technical expertise in employment and immigration law while building a long-term practice.

  • Qualified Hong Kong solicitor with approximately 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Practical experience or strong interest in employment and immigration matters (Hong Kong and PRC).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese advantageous.
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure, strong communicator with high emotional intelligence.
