Join a Luxembourg-based team of a leading international law firm as a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer. The role offers hands-on exposure to fund structuring, formation and regulatory work for both regulated and unregulated vehicles across Luxembourg and EU regimes.

You will support senior lawyers on fund authorisations and operations, assist with preparation and review of fund documentation, liaise with the Luxembourg regulator as needed, and contribute to client meetings, legal research and thought leadership.

The team is international and collaborative, provides training and supervision from experienced colleagues, and encourages junior lawyers to develop business awareness and client relationships.

1–3 years’ fund practice experience in Luxembourg (investment funds/regulatory focus)
Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar is advantageous
Good knowledge of Luxembourg and EU investment fund regulatory framework (AIFMD, marketing/distribution considerations)
Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus
Independent, diligent team player with strong research and communication skills
