We are seeking a junior lawyer (0–3 years’ PQE) to join a regional practice focused on intellectual property, technology and data matters. The role sits between Rouen and Le Havre and combines advisory and litigation work.

Typical matters include IP counselling and disputes, technology and data law (including AI-related issues), and supporting clients on innovation protection and IP strategy. The post involves working closely with a small team and contributing to client-facing mandates.

Admission to the French bar (avocat) or equivalent qualification.
0–3 years’ experience in intellectual property, technology or data law.
Experience in both advisory and contentious IP work; familiarity with AI/data issues desirable.
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills; ability to collaborate within a team.
Fluency in French; good commercial awareness.
