Junior Labor & Employment Lawyer — Toulouse

We are seeking a junior lawyer to join a growing Labor & Employment team in Toulouse. You will work within a regional employment department of eight lawyers and jurists, advising clients on both advisory and contentious employment matters and occasionally delivering training.

The role offers early responsibility, structured technical training, and close collaboration with other practice areas. Clients include SMEs, national and international groups, public entities and non-profits across a range of sectors.

• Bar admission in France (or eligible for admission)
• Background in employment law, including individual and collective litigation and social security matters
• Good drafting and oral advocacy skills; experience running or contributing to training sessions a plus
• Team player with commercial awareness: legal monitoring, client-facing work and contribution to business development
