We are seeking junior to mid-level associates for a Frankfurt-based corporate team with a focus on stock corporation and capital markets law. The role sits in a busy, internationally oriented practice advising on corporate governance for listed companies, group law issues, shareholder meetings and capital markets transactions, alongside domestic and cross-border M&A work.

Successful candidates will join deal and advisory teams and assist on transactional and advisory mandates across corporate and securities matters. The position offers exposure to international projects and collaborative, multidisciplinary workstreams.

Degree as a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist)
Postgraduate qualifications (PhD or LL.M.) desirable but not required
