Junior / Mid-level Mandarin-speaking Corporate Lawyer — Brussels

Growing corporate team in Brussels seeks a junior to mid-level Mandarin-speaking lawyer to support cross-border corporate work. The role focuses on transactions and advisory matters involving European and Asia-based counterparties, working closely with senior deal teams across jurisdictions.

Successful candidates will join a multilingual, transactional practice handling M&A, joint ventures and other corporate matters with an international dimension. The position offers hands-on responsibility, strong training and frequent collaboration with offices in other countries.

• Qualified lawyer in Belgium or eligible for admission in the jurisdiction.
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and strong English; other languages an advantage.
• Experience in corporate or transactional work, particularly cross-border matters involving Asia/China.
• Team-player, attention to detail and ability to handle client-facing responsibilities.
