Junior/Midlevel Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join a busy Labor & Employment group in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on employment litigation matters including single-plaintiff cases, wage & hour and other class actions, arbitrations, internal investigations, and restrictive covenant disputes.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience at a large law firm, including briefing motions, handling discovery (including ESI), and producing high-quality research and written work. Current federal judicial clerks finishing in summer or fall 2026 are encouraged to apply.

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in large law firm employment litigation
• Active California bar membership required
• Experience with motions practice, discovery/ESI, and arbitration; exposure to wage & hour and class-action matters preferred
• Excellent research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
