Juriste – Recouvrement de créances et voies d’exécution (H/F)

Our Nantes office seeks a legal professional with at least three years’ experience in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, particularly in mortgage seizures. You will manage seizure files from drafting through to distribution, support lawyers in banking litigation, handle consumer credit disputes, and liaise with clients, bailiffs, notaries, and courts. This role offers responsibility and autonomy within a collaborative team.

• At least 3 years’ experience in debt recovery and enforcement, including mortgage seizures.
• Strong drafting and litigation support skills.
