Apply in confidence →Join a large national real estate team as a Knowledge Associate supporting precedent development, training and knowledge-share initiatives. This flexible role can be full- or part-time and supports fee-earners across multiple offices.
Day-to-day work includes creating and maintaining precedents and practice notes, collating subscription resources, preparing and delivering internal training, liaising with research/business services teams, drafting legal insights and contributing to tender responses. The role will drive efficiencies through process, technology and legal project management.
You will be part of a sizeable real estate practice advising across the UK and will work closely with other knowledge lawyers to ensure consistent, up-to-date guidance for fee-earners and clients.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Real Estate
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal research and precedent drafting
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distil complex legal information for different audiences
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; organised with ability to prioritise competing tasks
