Knowledge Attorney — Real Estate (Century City / U.S. offices)

Seeking a lawyer to join a national real estate practice as a Knowledge Attorney focused on applying AI, automation, and knowledge management to transactional work. The role sits at the intersection of real estate practice, technology, and process design and is based in the Century City office with flexibility across U.S. offices.

The successful candidate will work with attorneys, technologists, and practice support teams to evaluate and prototype AI-assisted tools, maintain and rationalize precedents and templates, develop playbooks and guidance, and lead training and adoption efforts. The role requires translating substantive transactional judgment into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and knowledge products.

• J.D. (or equivalent) and active bar admission in the U.S. office state; good standing required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate transactional practice (other transactional backgrounds considered).
• Demonstrated interest/experience in AI, legal technology, document automation, or KM; technical building or coding experience highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information, project management skills, and ability to engage with lawyers and technologists.
