Senior lawyer with a construction focus to join a national projects, infrastructure and construction team. This role is knowledge‑management focused: you will own and maintain precedents, standard form contracts and the practice’s knowledge repository, and help embed better ways of capturing and sharing matter‑level expertise.

The role operates nationally with a strong emphasis on process improvement, legal technology adoption and cross‑team stakeholder engagement. It offers autonomy from billable‑hour targets and scope to lead training, updates on legislative and industry developments, and firm‑wide knowledge initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post‑admission experience, ideally with construction/infrastructure exposure
Practical experience with precedents and standard form construction contracts
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Project management, attention to detail and a solutions‑focused mindset
Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g. iManage, SharePoint) and research tools
