Join a national knowledge team supporting construction, projects and infrastructure work across multiple Australian offices. This role combines legal subject-matter expertise with knowledge management, process improvement and training responsibilities.

The role is non-billable and focused on maintaining and improving precedents and contract libraries, capturing matter knowledge, supporting learning programs, and driving firm-wide knowledge initiatives. You will work closely with lawyers and practice teams to deliver consistent, up-to-date resources and to embed efficient knowledge workflows.

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably with construction/project experience
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills; collaborative mindset
  • Strong drafting, analytical and project-management abilities; attention to detail
  • Experience with legal tech and knowledge platforms (e.g. document management, SharePoint, precedent libraries)
  • Excellent written and presentation skills and a solutions-driven approach
