Senior Associate — Intellectual Property & Technology, Sydney

Growing Intellectual Property & Technology team in Sydney seeks two high-calibre Senior Associates to join a busy, commercially focused practice. The role offers exposure to IP advisory work and technology-related commercial matters across a range of corporate and commercial clients.

Successful candidates will work closely with partners and other senior lawyers on advice, documentation and client-facing matters, with opportunities to develop expertise across IP strategy, licensing and technology transactions.

• Established senior associate experience in intellectual property and technology law.
• Proven track record on technology transactions, licensing or IP advisory work.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills.
• Admitted to practise in Australia and able to work in the Sydney market.
