Senior knowledge role supporting the Employment practice across EMEA. You will manage and deliver legal content, precedents, training and current‑awareness products that raise consistency, quality and commercial relevance across a large, matrixed practice.

The post works with practice leadership and business professionals to translate strategic priorities into knowledge solutions: drafting and automating precedents, maintaining multi‑jurisdictional know‑how, responding to lawyer requests, and collaborating with business development on client‑facing content.

This is a regional role (0.9 FTE) with occasional travel. It requires a pragmatic, tech‑savvy lawyer comfortable driving uptake of knowledge systems, document automation and AI tools within a multicountry team.

Law degree and current licence to practise or eligibility
Extensive practising experience in England & Wales and deep employment law expertise
Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable in multicultural, multi‑level teams
Experience or willingness to work with document automation, AI and legal technology; strong Word/Excel skills
Proven time management and the ability to manage competing priorities; experience supporting senior stakeholders
Part‑time (0.9 FTE); regional remit with occasional travel
