Knowledge Lawyer — Employment (London)

An established London employment team is recruiting a Knowledge Lawyer to support a market-leading contentious and advisory practice. The role sits within a large, high‑profile employment group that advises employers and senior executives on complex issues including discrimination, status and the interface of data/privacy with employment law.

This is a hybrid lawyer-to-lawyer role with a strong client-facing and thought‑leadership element. You will shape and deliver the department's knowledge strategy, produce client and external content, design and deliver training, maintain precedents and know‑how, and use knowledge management and legal technology (including AI and document automation) to drive efficiency and commercial opportunity.

The team works across sectors such as financial services, retail, fashion, luxury and media and has frequent litigation at senior courts. This is a chance to join a well-resourced knowledge function where career progression mirrors fee‑earner pathways.

• Approximately 5+ years PQE (or equivalent).
• Strong technical experience in employment law and litigation practice.
• Proven knowledge management, legal writing and training experience — or demonstrable transfer from fee‑earning into a knowledge role.
• Enthusiasm for business development and commercialising knowledge; practical experience with legal tech/automation is desirable.
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
