Knowledge Lawyer — Private Equity, London

Join a market-leading private equity practice in London as a Knowledge Lawyer supporting the day-to-day technical development, precedent management and knowledge strategy for a large transactional team. This role sits across Private Equity, Funds and Corporate M&A and works closely with the firmwide Knowledge Management, Legal Tech and Business Development teams.

You will produce horizon-scanning briefings and thought leadership, maintain and improve precedent banks and training materials, design and deliver internal learning, and champion legal technology and document automation (including AI tools) to increase efficiency and client service.

This is a collaborative, visible role that reports into senior knowledge leads within the private equity practice and contributes to profile-building, BD-aligned content and cross-practice knowledge-sharing. Part-time and agile working requests will be considered.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with around 5 years' PQE in private equity or closely-aligned corporate practice.
• Substantive private equity/private M&A technical skills with excellent drafting, research and presentation abilities.
• Experience or strong interest in knowledge management, precedent maintenance and delivering training for fee-earners.
• Comfortable with legal technology, document automation and AI tools; proven project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communicator, collaborative team player and able to influence senior lawyers.
