Knowledge Management Attorney — Restructuring, New York

Seeking an experienced knowledge management attorney to build and run knowledge and practice-management initiatives for a major restructuring practice. The role designs, curates and maintains practice precedents, forms and research materials; produces training and thought leadership; and drives adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve knowledge capture, search and document assembly.

This is a hands-on position that partners with restructuring practice leaders, library and BD/communications teams to deliver practice-specific resources, client-facing content, and training. The attorney will monitor legal and market developments, support matter-level knowledge capture, and identify opportunities to streamline client service and develop new legal products.

• J.D. and active New York bar membership.
• Approximately 5+ years of restructuring/bankruptcy legal experience at a large law firm and 2+ years of knowledge management experience.
• Proven drafting, research and writing skills; experience producing practice precedents, training materials and thought leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-powered research, document management and document-assembly tools; strong interest in technology integration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across practice, library and BD teams; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and spend time in New York, Miami and Houston offices as needed.
