Senior associate-level KM&I role embedded in a corporate practice group in Boston. The attorney will curate and maintain model documents, templates, checklists and precedent libraries to strengthen transaction workflows and consistency across the group.

The role partners with practice leadership, professional development and IT to evaluate and roll out practice technologies (document automation, AI-enabled search/review, document management), design and deliver trainings, and drive adoption through communications and targeted outreach.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and updating precedents, capturing matter learnings, providing attorney support and demos, producing practice communications (e.g., newsletters, playbooks), and performing light project management for KM & innovation initiatives. Position expects a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.

  • J.D. with 3–5 years’ corporate transactional experience (M&A/VC/PE/securities) in a law firm or equivalent.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence practicing attorneys.
  • Experience creating and maintaining precedents, templates, checklists, and practice guidance.
  • Comfortable with legal technology (Microsoft 365, document management, and AI/search/automation tools); quick learner on new platforms.
  • Project management and organizational skills; service-oriented with good judgment and discretion handling confidential information.
