Apply in confidence →Senior attorney role within a corporate practice leading knowledge management, content strategy, and practice-technology adoption. You will design and manage precedents, checklists, and knowledge assets; establish governance for forms and templates; and drive reuse and consistency across transactional workflows.
Partner with practice leaders, attorneys, Innovation, IT, Business Development and Professional Development to improve capture and use of experience data, refine taxonomy/metadata, and pilot or roll out document automation and AI-enabled tools. Lead training, adoption programs, and ongoing engagement to increase usage and impact.
This is a hybrid role with an in-office expectation of approximately 60%, and the hiring team is open to candidates in Boston (role displayed here) with opportunities in other major U.S. offices. Compensation is competitive for the market and the role is bonus eligible.
- J.D. required.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A, private equity, VC, and/or securities) in a law firm or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of substantive experience in knowledge management, legal innovation, or practice support within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge/content governance, precedent management, and practice technology (document automation, KM platforms, or AI tools).
- Strong communication, project leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable translating legal workflows into scalable tools and processes.
