Apply in confidence →Growing Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles seeks a Korean‑speaking staff attorney to provide litigation support and employment counseling for employer clients. This is a non‑partnership‑track, high‑impact role focused on day‑to‑day client work and matter support.
Key responsibilities include supporting employment litigation (discovery, pleadings, motions), preparing legal research and memoranda, assisting with case management and document review, and drafting and translating employee handbooks, policies, and client-facing materials for Korean‑speaking clients. The role involves regular collaboration with attorneys across offices and direct communication with clients in Korean.
- Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in labor & employment or general litigation (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong litigation support skills — discovery, drafting pleadings and motion work, legal research
- Experience or interest in employment advice, counseling, and employee handbook/policy drafting
- Admission to the California Bar
- Excellent writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
