Seeking an experienced labor attorney to join a growing traditional labor practice in Portland. The role focuses on representing employers in matters such as arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining across the public and private sectors.

The position can be pursued as a shareholder-track role based in Portland or Seattle, or on a non-shareholder, fully remote basis for candidates requiring location flexibility. The team offers a collaborative environment with strong paralegal and support resources and opportunities for professional development.

• Juris Doctor and licensed (or actively seeking admission) to practice in Oregon; must remain in good standing.
• Approximately 3+ years of traditional labor experience handling arbitration, ULPs, and/or bargaining matters.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills; client-focused approach.
