Seeking a Labor Associate to join an established employment & labor team in White Plains, NY. This role will focus on traditional labor relations representing employers and will also include counseling on federal and New York workplace laws.

Typical responsibilities include handling unfair labor practice matters before the NLRB, advising on union organizing and corporate campaigns, negotiating and advising on collective bargaining agreements, representing management in elections, and managing grievance, arbitration and injunction proceedings. The role also involves policy and handbook review and conducting management training on labor and workplace issues.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York bar
2+ years of traditional labor experience preferred (NLRB experience a plus)
Strong legal writing, research, organizational and project-management skills
Familiarity with federal and state agency enforcement approaches preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required; role may include regular business travel
