Mid-level (3–4 years PQE) associate position in a national Labor & Employment practice. The role may be based in Boston or several other U.S. offices and involves litigation, counseling, and workplace-related dispute work across state and federal courts.

Work includes expedited relief proceedings, trade secret and non‑compete disputes, wage & hour class actions, union negotiations, OSHA matters, and single‑plaintiff employment litigation. The team seeks someone who contributes on discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation while supporting client-facing solutions.

JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and active bar membership in applicable jurisdiction(s)
Approximately 3–4 years’ litigation experience in labor & employment matters
Experience with TROs/temporary injunctions, trade secret/non‑compete litigation, and wage & hour class actions preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills; experience with discovery, motion practice, pleadings, and trial preparation
Team‑oriented, client‑focused, with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated academic achievement
