Labor & Employment Associate — Century City, CA

Mid-level Labor & Employment associate role in Century City for a large national practice. The team handles employer-side matters across employment litigation and counseling, with particular emphasis on wage & hour, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims.

We are seeking an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience who can manage matters through all stages of litigation, take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and conduct complex fact investigations. The group represents a range of employers across industries and offers regular courtroom and motion practice.

• 3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience, including individual and class/representative matters
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong litigation skills: depositions, motion practice, legal research and writing, fact investigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
